Acceptance of Terms

• There is suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Required to do so by the relevant authority or regulatory body.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no login or transaction activity.

If an account is suspended or closed due to confirmed fraud, jompanda reserves the right to forfeit all balances, bonuses, and winnings without any compensation. For closures arising from other reasons, any valid remaining balance will be returned to the member upon completion of the review and verification process within a reasonable timeframe.
